·       NRI: Non-Resident Indian, OCI, or PIO client using the Services related to property in India. 

3. Scope of Services 

Maya Properties provides:

·       Home loan assistance and bank coordination. 

·       Income tax and CA coordination for tax planning and compliance. 

·       NRI property handling support including documentation and repatriation guidance. 

·       Legal guidance referrals through empanelled experts. 

These Terms apply to all of the above Services in addition to use of the Site. 

4. Use of Site & Service Eligibility 

·       Users must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into agreements under Indian law to use the Site or Services. 

·       Users agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current information at all times. 

·       Users are responsible for updating their information when changes occur. 

5. User Obligations 

By using the Site or Services, you agree: 

·       Not to provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information. 

·       To use the Site and Services only for lawful and legitimate purposes.

7. Loan, Tax & Legal Assistance 

·       Maya Properties coordinates with banks, financial advisors, and Chartered Accountants, but does not itself provide legal, tax filing, or financial advisory services. 

·       All loan eligibility, income tax calculation, compliance, and legal interpretations must be confirmed independently with respective professionals. 

8. NRI Services 

For NRI clients, Maya Properties provides guidance on: 

·       Virtual property viewing. 

·       Documentation and Power of Attorney coordination. 

·       Consultation with legal and tax compliance experts. 

NRI Users must ensure compliance with all foreign exchange and repatriation regulations prescribed by RBI and other authorities. 

9. Intellectual Property
